you know me to give heart-felt responses.
when i mentioned that it was beginning to feel like i was participating in 'performance art'...i was severely shunned by certain members of the "team".

i feel that when the topic was introduced...there was no manipulation. however, as information began to be 'uncovered' and uncovered at a quick rate...then yes, i began to feel like a fish waiting for bait...i felt that sometimes the bait was not all that it could be. i was accused of being one who felt she was 'entitled' (this in pm exchanges).

so, i shut up. i participate far less in this forum and try not to use pms (i have used pms twice since).
the respect that i once had for certain members of this team has dwindled to nil.

tingra...i have not ever viewed you as manipulating this forum. sometimes, i am not certain about your emoticons but that is it.

you asked for feedback.

now i will go back to saying nothing.

thanks Paula, I don’t know anything about your PMs so I cant comment on that.
i understand why you feel frustrated though, it was frustrating for me as well and I suppose my frustration came across as aggressive because I tend to speak my mind which is not always a good thing! There are a load of other subjects on this forum yet the Crista seems to be the main focus for some obscure reason, I don’t understand that and even though the subject is closed it still continues to cause discord.

Excluded and abandoned in the middle of an interesting journey, yes. Manipulated? No, not really and frankly I am far more bothered by the disruptive effect TD's obsession has on threads, as I have told him directly.

:-)
it was also all of the sub-grouping that was occurring. behind the scenes etc. ..
like i stated prior...it was not handled well.
why does it continue to remain a focus? i do not know.
it was touted as being something important to the rlc "mystery". for those who are seeking a mystery regarding rlc, it remains a question in their minds (hence manipulation).

also...the emotions that propelled the 'intellectual' research permeated the comments and continue to do so.
imo

Couldn`t possibly be the fact that a few people said they know the object exists, they know Sauniere had it and when asked to provide proof they of course refused. I must admit Roger did say shortly after joining this forum that he knew what RlC was all about, and wasn`t enthusiastic about it and when the time was right he would bow out early. A man of his word to say the least.

I started the thread to ask a specific question not to manipulate anyone or anything. It gets a tad annoying being accused of things all the time and if the accusations are true they needed to be addressed without disrupting more threads as is usually the case on here. That accusation has been flying around the forum like a paper kite and IMHO it was unfounded which is why I asked what others thought…..simple.

It was Seeker who asked about the Crista and started this fascinating journey. We got to find out how brilliant

you researchers are on this forum. Anyone who knows TD realizes that his accusations are without foundation.

A winged crown for the Crista crew.

Never thought of myself as a victim, certainly not of yours.
All this self righteous indignation you've mustered is almost clouding the issue.....but not quite!
Its a measure of the desperation you find yourself in that you feel the need to go on the offensive in this way.
Just for the record I'll never use stuff I've learnt via pm in public but we all have different standards, heh ?
As Seeker used to say, your mileage may vary.

TD

This thread came about because the biggest hypocrite this forum has ever seen had the audacity to accuse others of manipulation. This same deluded individual blatantly and shamelessly admitted yesterday that he used the PM system to cajole members into friendly banter in order to see if the conversation would “be used against him” or in other words he manipulated those concerned to his own ends. Prior to making this admission and placing himself in an untenable position he lied through his teeth when he quite categorically stated he had only ever told one person about his masonry membership and as usual played the victim card when he was caught out. In his own words, at best this is disingenuous. He said his provocative behaviour was used as a corrective to the arrogant patrician distain that has been used to mislead the forum then blatantly went on to admit doing the exact same thing, he also derided others for holding private conversations off the forum when he himself has made it impossible to discuss any subject without provoking, attacking and harassing members to such an extent that they no longer participate at all and when anyone questions him about this he accuses them of going on the offensive or holding some kind of unfounded self righteous indignation . I am sure everyone is sick of seeing the same drivel replayed over and over again on the RLC threads, I know I am and although I am guilty of retaliation I can’t just sit back and watch as this individual ruins the forum with his unfounded bitter, twisted, sarcastic and paranoid ramblings. No, Roger doesn’t suffer fools gladly and yes, Sheila does talk in riddles sometimes but both are a huge miss on here and I am sure most people would IMHO rather have their input however it comes rather than someone whose only purpose is to cause contention and aggravation for his own perverse pleasure.

Everyone is a frigin coconut TD……

Wow!
Feeling better after that? Now just step back and breathe deeply.
Better out than in, I say.
You are entitled to your interpretation regardless how distorted, misinformed and mawkish it may seem to be.
I hadn't realised just what an effect I'd had on you. Its powerful stuff, very Jungian.
Given your outbursts at others this week I would imagine there's probably more to it than meets the eye.
I hope it all works out for the best for you.
It's funny thing, mirroring.
Its okay though, least said soonest mended.

Best

What? Having to defend myself yet again and reply to your sarcastic comments, no I don’t feel better because I know it will continue every time I or certain others post anything on this forum.

Nothing distorted, misinformed or mawkish about it, it’s the truth.

you didn’t realise what effect your lying, manipulating, shit stirring paranoia has on me? Wow, your deluded, I thought I had made myself very clear.

No the others weren’t outbursts, they were opinions, so your paranoid assumption is unfounded yet again.

Calm down dear you're sounding hysterical!
To borrow a phrase from TCP 'you're entitled to your own spin or interpretation but not your own facts'!
Given the extremity of the state you are in there seems no prospect of explaining to you the difference between the two.
It all smoke and mirrors I can see that, if I'd known I was having such a deleterious effect upon you I would have been more circumspect. The fact that you're going overboard in quite such a dramatic fashion does rather suggest a diversion.
I appreciate that you're angry and embarassed but down here in misc no one's looking so its okay, if its helping, go for it.
Hopefully my calm and measured response will eventually allow you to subside, spent, into a mollified silence.

When I'm reading your posts I try to get a geordie accent in my head to imagine what it would be like if you were
doing the Alex ferguson 'hair dryer' treatment!

You should consider not using that quote over and over again, its becoming very boring….just a thought.
I am not hysterical, just because I give you a taste of your own medicine using your own vocabulary does not make me hysterical, you on the other hand DO sound hysterical.

And what facts do I have wrong? It is a fact you lied, it is a fact you manipulated private conversations, you said so yourself, it is a fact you berate with unfounded accusations, it is a fact you disrupt and harass certain posters conversations. I could continue all night with these if you want.

Thomas D. wrote:

Please do, I could do with a laugh and I would like nothing better than to see you squirm you way out of your untenable situation

Thomas D. wrote:

Really? I don’t need magic tricks to expose you TD, you are a charlatan and you have shown your true colours without any scruples whatsoever, you should hang your head in shame. I wont deny that your revelation was injurious and hurtful, after all I did think you were genuinely a nice person during our PM conversations, it is hurtful to know you were manipulating those conversations to feed your own paranoia.

Thomas D. wrote:

I am not going overboard at all, I am entitled to my right to reply and defend myself when you are jumping on me like a demented flea. The only person trying to divert is you, you are trying your damndest to wriggle out of the untenable position you have landed yourself in with your outrageous behaviour but you don’t fool anyone.

Embarrassed (note the 2 Rs), what do I have to be embarrassed about? I am not the one that has put himself into the untenable position that you have, I am not the one demanding that people should not have private conversations or accusing people of policing the forum when that’s exactly what you are doing with your behaviour.
BTW….that’s another word you use over and over again….yawn.

I've just been told to f**K OFF twice by 'the lass' who started a thread just to get in my face and you're asking ME to leave her alone??????????
You may not have noticed but I'm getting the hair dryer treatment.

I understand she's overwrought but I was always brought up to believe once one starts to swear then one's lost control.
Gallant? With all the calumny being heaped upon my head you're appealing to me to be gallant ?

Why, of course dear lady, seeing as you asked so nicely I'll keep quiet and let her carry on uninterrupted.
The good news is that the Cult of the dead just resurfaced so I need to be elsewhere.
Turn the lights out Tingra, when you've finished!

Oh jeez ! Whilst I was typing the whole gang turned up ! Please form a queue!
Talking of the Cult of the dead that makes two resurrections in a week
Now stand back whilst I do my best impersonation of Makhalina!

Did you bring the Crista to give the requisite good death ?
