Seems like you can make just about any shape out of anything you like. You have to respect Water's bottle for having a go but I don't think its all adding up to anything really in all honesty.
It's easy to see shapes in anything but they have to be defined and repeated exactly throughout the different paintings Water. If these artists were trying to give a message of some kind, I believe that message would be symbolic and not complex geometry like this.
