I reached a satisfactory conclusion that coincidental messaging is a subject that is barely mentioned in passing or in discussion with the 'players' as I had, initially, assumed. As I deduced before application, the subject is not known about in great detail or is not discussed and I believe, judging, by muted reactions throughout the forum that it is the former.
I knew that a provocative, naive style and composure of my application was necessary and probably would instigate more replies than a well-written essay that may have not produced any reaction at all. It would lend a factor of deniability should the project fail it's initial testings.
The 'players' blatantly deny any knowledge of the effects of extra Sensory Perception thus logic dictates that any person who knew of the project would not deny it but would affirm it with additional information.
None of the players are direct witnesses to the phenomena. I conclude that Stage 2 of initial testing that was to attain, retrieve or ascertain confirmational data to Project ESP is completed and, subsequently, I can continue with with Stage 3 that is application to Central Government.
hi John, I would be very much interested if you could please reply to Nic's question. What reference do you have as to "Glastonbury Tor" being indentified or even related to the term "Blue Apples". thanks---Bill
