Why dont you appear to be interested in the Girona aspect of the RLC mystery?
Because, unfortunately, there isn't a Girona aspect to the RLC mystery.
There are a couple of people who keep trying to drag the RLC theme off in different directions, towards Perillos and Girona, for their own reasons.
But there is absolutely no evidence that "Sauniere's model", on which much of the Perillos concept is based, is what Douzet claims it is. The model is just a teaching tool used in Sunday schools around 100 years ago. No more, no less.
Douzet created a Perillos "mystery" because he was living in Durban, just down the road. It was convenient for him...
Douzet's other piece of supposed evidence, the "Courtade" document, which I've seen, is just an old land registry document written in occitan, of the type that you can find on EBay or at French flea markets.
Likewise, there is absolutely no evidence of a tower called the "Torre Magdala" ever having existed. Again that was invented to put a RLC angle into a story, which is supposed to be biographical and factual.
I have been to Girona and i love the place, i am convinced there is more to the story than what Patrice wrote in city of Secrets.
It's a great city, with amazing history, but it has no connection with RLC.
I really wish Patrice had not allowed herself to be used by people who wanted to tie Girona to RLC and had instead concentrated on the true history of Girona, such as the fascinating 12th Jewish city that lies beneath and among the Girona of today and of which parts can still be seen...
Just my humble opinions...
