I agree

Quote:
Cocteau introduced Peres to his friend, Pierre Plantard, who had even closer ties with De Gaulle. In later years Plantard recollected that when he first saw Peres he felt "an inexplicably strange and close bond between their souls."

Plantard was a historian and librarian by trade, and he began looking into the matter. Later he admitted that he must've been prompted by higher guidance. He was utterly shocked by the eventual result. It appeared that the Russian aristocratic family of Perski did indeed have Jewish roots. It was a "side" branch of a larger family, which really did hail from France, and which, according to the family legend, originated from no other than the mythical personage of European folklore - the hero Parsifal, seeker of the mysterious Grail, an elusive and unobtainable artifact.

In November 2008, Peres received an honorary knighthood of the Order of St. Michael and St. George from Queen Elizabeth II in Buckingham Palace in London.

The Conical Hill?

This from the Societe Perillos website:

Quote:
Saint Michael is the patron saint of Perillos, and by extension of the small chapel crowing the top of the hill on which Perillos sits. With this characteristic, Perillos sits in a long and famous tradition of conical hills that are crowned by churches dedicated to St Michael.

Quote:
Conical hills

The two most famous conical hills dedicated to St Michael are Mont St Michel off the coast of Normandy and St Michael’s Mount, off the coast of Cornwall, near the town of Penzance. Both are tidal islands of a distinct conical shape.
Another famous “conical hill” is Glastonbury Tor, which still houses St Michael’s Tower, the remains of a one-time church on its top. It was this Tor that played an important role in the growing legend of the Grail’s alleged presence in Glastonbury – and that town’s link with Joseph of Arimathea.
Both aspects, the shape and the Grail legend, is directly relevant in Perillos. The conical shape of Perillos is very apparent from the more northern approaches, of which today merely the access road to the meteorological station remains. The inclusion of a “Perilous Chapel” in the Grail accounts also shows a potential link between the town and the Grail, as well as other details – discussed elsewhere on this site.

Quote:
A sacred healer

Apart from championing the cause of God’s people (the Righteous) in battle, St Michael was also linked with a caring characteristic, specifically caring for and healing the sick. Tradition relates that St. Michael in the earliest ages caused a medicinal spring to spout at Chairotopa near Colossae, where all the sick who bathed there, invoking the Blessed Trinity and St. Michael, were cured. Springs and rivers were specifically dedicated to St Michael, with the Christians of Egypt even placing the Nile under the protection of St Michael. It is here that St Michael thus accepts two attributes of the Egyptian god Osiris, who was also the Judge of the Dead, and in his form of Hapi, the Nile God. The date of this festival, November 12, is linked with a festival of Osiris, in which his role in the Deluge was paramount.

In Germany, St. Michael replaced for the Christians the pagan god Wotan, and it is here that we come to identify him with conical hills as Wotan was specifically identified with sacred mountains – hence the numerous mountain chapels of St. Michael all over Germany, even though these are less-known that their equivalents in France and England.

Finally, we also need to add that apparitions and visions of St Michael are numerous and spread across the ages. In Normandy St. Michael is the patron of mariners in his famous sanctuary at Mont-Saint-Michel in the Diocese of Coutances. At Mont St Michel, Michael is said to have appeared there to St. Aubert, Bishop of Avranches, in 708. This list also includes the famous mystic warrior Joan of Arc, whose battles “for the Righteous” were notorious.

ALL conical hills are the right pitch.

The patron of Esperaza church (although not on a conical hill it is the centre of a circle of churches) is Saint Michael.

The Grand Priory of St Michael International.. Watch the video, especially the piece shot in Malta. Look behind the two priests when it zooms in.

The Order of Saint Michael
Image
Sea Shell

Image

The Order of St. Michael dedicated to the Archangel Michael conveyed to every member a gold badge of the image of the saint standing on a rock (Mont Saint Michel) in combat with the serpent. It was suspended from an elaborate gold collar made of cockleshells (the badge of pilgrim, especially those to Santiago de Compostela) linked with double knots

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Order_of_Saint_Michael

Maybe somebody can explain to me how Saint Michael is linked to Saint James the Greater at Compostela?

Perhaps it is because Compostela is from Campus Stellae meaning "Field of Stars" and Saint Michael is of course the star Aldeboran.

ahhhh
Roscoe we always comeback to the the tetramorph the Four Archangels
Now alderbaran...is the Bull Taurus

The route to Santiago de Compostela was a Roman trade route, nicknamed the Milky Way by travellers, as it followed the Milky Way to the Atlantic Ocean.

Saint James is fighter like Michael ....military order
James' emblem was the scallop shell (or "cockle shell"), and pilgrims to his shrine often wore that symbol on their hats or clothes. The French for a scallop is coquille St. Jacques, which means "cockle (or mollusk) of St James".

The authenticity of the relics at Compostela was asserted in the Bull of Pope Leo XIII, Omnipotens Deus, of 1 November 1884.

He did have a vision of Mary
According to ancient local tradition, on 2 January of the year AD 40, the Virgin Mary appeared to James on the bank of the Ebro River at Caesaraugusta, while he was preaching the Gospel in Iberia. She appeared upon a pillar, Nuestra Señora del Pilar, and that pillar is conserved and venerated within the present Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar, in Zaragoza, Spain. Following that apparition, St James returned to Judea, where he was beheaded by King Herod Agrippa I in the year 44.

If there is on thing about James the Greater was his was part of Jesus's family

One legend holds that walking the route was a pagan fertility ritual; this would explain why the scallop shell is a symbol of the pilgrimage, the scallop being a symbol of birth.[4] An alternative interpretation is that the scallop, which resembles the setting sun, was the focus of pre-Christian Celtic rituals of the area, and that the Way of St. James originated as a pre-Christian Celtic death journey westwards towards the setting sun,[4] terminating at the "End of the World" (Finisterra) on the "Coast of Death" (Costa da Morte)[4] and the "Sea of Darkness" (that is, the Abyss of Death, the Mare Tenebrosum, Latin for the Atlantic Ocean, itself named after the Dying Civilization of Atlantis).

The Pilgrims' road seems related to prehistoric cults of fertility arriving to Atlantic Europe from Mediterranean shores[citation needed]. Symbols of Ashtarte, the star within a circle, or Aphrodite, Venus coming on a shell, have been found along the roads to Compostela[citation needed] and among the ancient Basques' mythology and legends, those related to Mari, the Mairu and the rising of Megaliths.[citation needed] Joseph Campbell associated the cult of Mari to that of Ishtar and Kali and in pre-Israelites times, the rejected consort of God called "the great prostitute", Asherah.

James the Greater, the brother of John, was killed in Jerusalem for his convictions about his brother. James had spent some time preaching on the Iberian Peninsula.

1. (version 1) After James' death, his disciples shipped his body to the Iberian Peninsula to be buried in what is now Santiago. Off the coast of Spain a heavy storm hit the ship, and the body was lost to the ocean. After some time, however, the body washed ashore undamaged, covered in scallops.
2. (version 2) After James' death his body was mysteriously transported by a ship with no crew back to the Iberian Peninsula to be buried in what is now Santiago. As James' ship approached land, a wedding was taking place on the shore. The young bridegroom was on horseback, and on seeing the ship approaching, his horse got spooked, and the horse and rider plunged into the sea. Through miraculous intervention, the horse and rider emerged from the water alive, covered in seashells.

The popular Spanish name for the astronomical Milky Way is El Camino de Santiago. According to a common medieval legend, the Milky Way was formed from the dust raised by travelling pilgrims.[8] Compostela itself means "field of stars". Another origin for this popular name is Book IV of the Book of Saint James which relates how the saint appeared in a dream to Charlemagne, urging him to liberate his tomb from the Moors and showing him the direction to follow by the route of the Milky Way.
