I wanted to thank you for the improvement in the tone of our discussions over the last few months. Tolerance and respect for differing opinions is what we want. So more of that please.

However, what I would ask – in fact I insist, is that we stick to the subject matter and avoid personal affronts or unnecessary disclosure of personal information. You know what I’m talking about.
