I thought this might be more useful under the Perillós heading rather than Rennes-le-Chateau.

Here are the Vizcondes; Perellos is listed Number 94.

Don Íñigo de Arróspide y Valera
b Madrid 6.7.1935

11° Conde de Montealegre (28.3.1952)
6° Duque de Castro Enríquez (17.7.1952) GdE de 1° clase
5° Marqués de Valfuerte (17.7.1952)
15° Conde de Plasencia, GdE de 2° clase
16° Vizconde de Perellós (14.8.1999)

Don Íñigo's grandfather, Don Jose de Arróspide y Álvarez, petitioned the Spanish Ministry of Justice and received, in 1917, a charter of succession for the titles belonging to his late cousin, Don Gener Rabassa de Perellós y Palafox, the last living descendant of the Rabasa de Perellós line of Valencia, who died without natural heirs in 1853. In 1920 Don Jose divided these among his children, with the Perellós title going to his daughter Doña Maria de los Dolores de Arróspide y Arróspide who received the charter of succession in 1927. It passed from her to her son Don Jose de Patiño y Arróspide in 1956, then to his son Don Jose de Patiño y Cobian in 1985. However, the younger Patiño never paid the taxes for the transmission, therefore the title was revoked in 1998. In 1999 his cousin Don Íñigo, the Duke of Castro Enriquez, petitioned for and received a charter of succession for the title Vizconde de Perellós, which he still holds today.

The Arróspide family are not Perellós descendants, however. Don Jose de Arróspide y Álvarez was related to Don Gener Rabassa de Perellós y Palafox via his mother's family, Álvarez de Marimón.

The complete list of Vizcondes de Perellós (created 1391) is as follows:
