My friend the translator was very impressed by Roger`s knowledge. TCP,

are you upset with Roger because of the way he treated Seeker when Seeker

returned to the forum? That was uncalled for. You inspire some intense jealousy

among rivals.

On another thread Tingra said;

Quote:
You are like a breath of fresh air to this forum Whoop, that is an excellent example of how putting aside your differences can work. If only everyone could pull together instead squabbling so much more could be achieved and everyone would benefit, that is why we are all here after all

The cynics amongst us might see some irony in this statement but the sentiments are laudable.
However, pulling together doesn't include being party to an attempt to mislead the Forum and being less than
forth coming in trying to get at the truth of the matter.
'Criticising and challenging' doesn't include personal abuse, intimidation or threats!

My first thought is that "Roger" is going to come out as a pseudo Donnachaidh, just like so many before him.

No matter what bloodline, let's get all of these cons out in the open right now and be done with it. Not that they aren't great sources of entertainment for the members of this forum..... some truly funny posts have been made about certain confessions.

There's much in what you say 'Dippity.
However, as we've seen over the last couple of days the only outcome from the stonewalling and obfuscation
is the irreparable damage done to his reputation ironically by those who are desperate to defend him.
It may well be that there will never be an explanation for the behavior at the heart of this controversy.
However, that was said about Bens 'Tomb' too and how many reputations survived that fiasco?
Anyway, onwards and upwards!

Good points. What motivates people to lie and stir up trouble? Or to deliberately mislead in order to pit one against another? Is this forum "entertainment"? If so, then some of you here have lost your way for sure! Deliberate obfuscation, lies, twisting of facts are in a special category regardless what side of "righteous good" one places themselves.. People who resort to these methods are usually either delusional, or they are bullies in need to control people or a situation, or they are people high on their own egos (another form of anti-social behavior) or manipulators who feel the need to be at center of attention in some superior kind of way. The results are always the same...it's just plain wrong and someone gets hurts. Subconsciously wasn't that their goal all along? Just asking.....

I am stunned into silence by watching this whole rigmarole of hatred and jealousy unfold before my eyes, all seemingly directed at an individual who wished only to launch some measure of enthusiasm for actual historical research.

Unfortunately he underestimated the mainstream stupidity of this forum and TD and Renne's controversy is leading the sheeple into actually believing what they read on this thread....it's quite shameful to watch.

The object that caused this furore will never be traced by anyone on these boards as none of you have a brain that can grasp what it is and what it is capable of.

over and out.

btw.

I only figured recently that R.'s postings did not get deleted by himself but by a moderator. This is really a shame. Those threads are destroyed, no one can understand anything now, it's simply bullshit what's there, it's like the overkill for a discussion board, and all of this thanks to a moderator. Feliks the Happy Jack or what?
I desperately need a smiley that shows someone vomitting. Who can get me one?

I asked the other day here in dismay if the corpse would be resurrected.

Sheila, in all seriousness, do you believe the object in question could cause major upheaval on a world wide level?

Egi,
I think you're mistaken. Why would Paul Smith's stuff still be here?
And Jakes?
Would Feliks the Mod. care to put the record straight so we all know where we stand ?

Bonne continuation!

"tertius"
I wondered when we'd hear from you!
Unfortunately "roger" retired with his tail between his legs taking all his toys with him.
To return under his own name would be to admit he was wrong in flouncing off.
Some have suggested that he slunk back in under a false name but I imagine someone with his ego could
not possibly stand the humiliation of being found out living a half life in disguise.
BTW "Tertius" have you ever been to Disneyland or Siam?

TD

Both places? Excellent! Did you meet Tingra there ?
Moliere?
So Tingra is Madame Pernelle, you are Tartuffe and I'm Orgon?

Actually I prefer 'The Misanthrope', Hein Alceste?

However I would wholeheartily recommend to you the works of Sheridan if you want the glories of a comedy of Manners.
However as a non English speaker I accept you might not appreciate the subtle humour.

Supper was great, thanks for asking. Some toulouse Sausages and ratatouille washed down with an Old-vine Carignan from the Languedoc.
Anyway, where were we......................

Only wanted to launch some measure of enthusiasm for actual historical research? ROTFLMAO! Even by his own admission thats incorrect. Don't you remember his post about spiking the book ? Don't you remember he admitted leading the Forum on a merry dance to lead us away from his precious family silver? If anything he was hoping to prevent "actual historical research" by this nonsense with Sauniere wielding the Crista!

Quote:
Unfortunately he underestimated the mainstream stupidity of this forum and TD and Renne's controversy is leading the sheeple into actually believing what they read on this thread....it's quite shameful to watch.

Ironically, you're the last person who I'd expect to take this superior line. Tingra kindly laid out the function and nature of the private forum as the very antithesis of open and public debate. Frankly, I'm disappointed that you follow this abusive line. He's really done a number on you! Why not talk to folk rather than following this popous and high-handed attitude of insults, intimidation and threats of physical violence?

Quote:

There you go again............. We're all stupid because only you special people know the truth ?
Frankly, We've seen nothing to suggest that anything of the sort exists today or that it did in Sauniere's time.
No FT? No comment !

Hatred and Jealousy?
  Oh Puleeeeze!

Over and out.

Love and light to all, especially to the good folk of Team Crista!
